Not the employees,not the patrons. The line ups for service at the players club is 30 minutes!! The payouts are said to be non existent.
The roulette table I've played all around the world are the only ones I know of where the ball lands goes against what the odds and science dictate.
Kind of makes you wonder, considering this has been the case on more than one occasion, consecutively. Should Toronto open a Casino at Ontario Place, an idea that should be considered or anywhere else which is closer to the city, this place will become a bad memory.

Huge Rooms and Fun Place to Stay. Very clean and huge rooms with gas fireplace, sitting area and First Nation theme.
Rooms are very clean and a nice indoor walk to the casino and shows. Not a lot of additional services but an enjoyable weekend away.

So disappointed now. We have visited for many years but time has come to move on. Many businesses have forgotten how to grow top line these days and Gateway clearly is one of them.

The next day the manager apologized which was nice and said he would rebate the resort fee for both nights. I went to pay bill and they rebated the one night but not the other.
